Milron Truck Bodys

An update we have made these past few years is our paint prosses. Although liquid paint has been great for us, we have made the switch to powder coating. Powder coating is a new paint that is powder based that helps with rust and scratches. It has a special curing processes that allows it to really stick to the metal. Another reason for the switch is how the process takes less time than your average liquid paint. We have team up with Tiger powder to supply us with the best powder on the market with a wide selection of colors that can help match any color you are looking for.  

  With Milron being the best in the business when it comes to services body’s we figured we would tell you more about the updates we have made over the years. Back in the early 2000s we expanded our shop/yard by a whole building. This helped us keep up with our orders and get our service body’s made quicker. This also allowed us to have more spaces for storge in the yard.   Today we now have 2 new building right across the road. With our massive expansion we plan to become more efficient than we already are. By doing this it allowed us to give everyone more space when working.  

    Good news! Our management and design team has designed a brand-new product. This product is called our 6-foot series. As a company that is filled with people that love trucks, we have finally come up with something that anyone with a half ton can purchases. our idea came from employees that always were saying how they wish they could have a mini services body on there everyday truck. We listened and came up with the 6-foot service body.   This body is meant for any half ton truck and for people that would love to have a service body for not only organization but for other things as well such as camping. This body is great for small work trucks and is extremely light. It would also be great for camping.   Milron truck body has recently released there new and improved 11-foot series.   Our 11-foot series consists of a few different features. As some of you may know our 11 foot is approximately 11 feet without a bumper and 13 feet with one. These are typically found on truck that are 5500 level. In the past we have had them on bigger trucks such as small 3 tons or 5-ton trucks. Based on feed back from our customers we have made some new changes to our famous 11-foot series.   We now include custom drawers with special colors, that can match with your company’s colors. we have added a new style of crane and switch over to our new supplier auto crane. We have added a special style of doors where you can choose between two styles, barn doors or butterfly doors.   We have also changed our body’s electrical system where we can now add backup cameras and or revers sounds.
